The furnace basically includes: a steel frame, induction coil, yoke
The configuration includes the anti-drop device, dust collector, lining release device, weighing system, leakage alarm device, slag reclining system, etc.
Steel Frame
Sufficient for 15 years. It consists of two cylinders welded with thick seamless rectangular steel pipes;
Its maximum tilt angle exceeds 95 degrees,
With a vacuum cover (insulation cover), the upper assembly can be disassembled to facilitate the reinstallation of the coil.
Furnace Fall Protection Devices
During the process of tilting the induction furnace, the anti-fall protection device will automatically rise to form a guardrail to prevent workers from falling and ensure their safety.
Yoke
The induction coil is surrounded by a solid directional yoke. This design eliminates external heating.
The yoke greatly supports the induction coil, thus prolonging the service life of the lining;
With flow display, temperature display, and temperature protection of the hydrosphere of the yoke;
The yoke covers more than 70% of the area, and the magnetic flux leakage is the least, which can save about 5% of electric energy.
Hydraulic Station
Technical control. Tilt, stop and reset can be achieved by simply controlling the button and handle;
The furnace can be tilted 95 degrees to pour out all the metal liquid;
The furnace can be controlled to dump at any position;
Easily control the tilting speed of the furnace.
