Equipment Use:

It is used for smelting ordinary steel, high-quality carbon steel and various alloy steel. It is applicable to full scrap operation, scrap and molten iron mixing operation, scrap and pellet, preheating scrap, hot pressed reduced iron, sponge iron, etc. 

Equipment Features:

The main circuit is connected in series with the reactor to improve the system impedance, realize secondary high voltage, long arc low current operation, stable arc, high arc power, and use on-load voltage regulation in the operation of the electric furnace. The electric furnace is divided into left operation and right operation. The furnace cover is of the swing type, top charging and eccentric bottom tapping. The furnace body is a frame-type full water-cooled structure, the upper furnace shell and the lower furnace shell are detachable, the furnace cover is a concentric circular tubular water-cooled structure, the furnace door carbon-oxygen gun, and the furnace wall burner. The proportional valve controls electrode lifting, furnace cover rotation and furnace body tilting. A complete set of PLC and computer control systems, computer screen monitoring system.

Scope of Complete Equipment:

Furnace body, tilting mechanism, electrode lifting mechanism, furnace cover lifting and rotating mechanism, cooling water and its display and alarm mechanism, hydraulic station, compressed air system, feeding system, high-voltage switch system, transformer, series reactor, low-voltage power supply system, computer control system and painting monitoring system.
